This girl, Miley Cyrus, is my absolute inspiration in life. Not even because she has a ton of talent, and she’s gorgeous. This picture is from the Concert for Hope in 2009. Miley brought a girl up on stage, and began singing her song “The Climb” to the fan who had cancer. The lyrics include “keep on moving, keep climbing” and “keep your faith”. She’s telling her fans, never mind one who is dying to keep their faith, no matter what. Yet, have you heard about this? No, you have heard about her smoking cigarettes, smoking a legal drug, and her outfit choices. What’s wrong with this picture? Why is everyone trying to make a sweet girl who does the right things seem like an awful girl? She’s not. Yes, she has made mistakes. We all have. There’s a difference. Her’s are broadcasted worldwide. But it’s okay, because Nobody’s Perfect, remember? She’s human. She makes mistakes. Even though she’s one of the most famous teens in the world, she still cares about her fans. I mean, look at her. She made the little girl’s LIFE. The little girl died a few weeks after the Concert of Hope. I bet the little girl’s parents think Miley did a great thing for their daughter. And for the parents saying that she’s a horrible role model because she’s smoking? Let’s get real. Miley will not influence their choice of smoking or not IF you raised your child correctly. If your kid starts smoking, it’s the parents’ fault for not raising their own kid correctly. Not Miley’s. Lastly, R.I.P. to the little girl above.
Me: I agree. She is a great role model. People do need to get real. <3
